Anticancer agent 180 (compound 4) is a secondary metabolite induced by co-culture of fungi and actinomycetes, the later one can produce HDAC inhibitors Trichostatins. Anticancer agent 180 has potential anti-tumor activity and can inhibit the migration of MDA-MB-231 breast cancer cells[1].
